Vintage Smith & Wesson Model 1905 Hand Ejector 4th Change in .32-20. Overall this revolver is in very good condition. Mechanically it functions as it should. The cylinder lockup is tight. The bore is semi- bright, lands and grooves are visible. This revolver has been reblued, and has minor finish loss on the cylinder, as well as the frame. There is also minor discoloration throughout the frame and barrel. There are very minor handling marks on the original grips. The grips are square butt, diamond grips with the S&W medallions. The hammer and trigger have been blued, and are no longer case hardened. While the exact manufacture date is unknown, the Model 1905 4th Change was produced from 1915-1940. This revolver has a 4 inch pinned barrel, as well as a 6-shot non- recessed cylinder. The top of the barrel is marked with "SMITH & WESSON SPRINGFIELD, MASS.", along with the patent dates 1901, 1906, 1909, and 1914. This would be great to add to your Smith & Wesson collection.
