Swedish made 1840 Artillery Saber in excellent condition. This saber was made in Sweden and has a Swedish proof mark on the guard The scabbard has minor handling marks and a dent on the right side. It does not affect the function of the scabbard. This sword was imported into the United Sates for use during the Civil War. This sword would make an excellent addition to a Civil War collection!
