Vintage Stevens Model 87B .22 S/L/LR. Overall this rifle is in excellent condition. Mechanically it functions as it should. The bore is bright and mirror like, with strong lands and grooves. There are a few areas of finish loss on the barrel. There are a few very minor handling marks on the receiver. The stock is custom made by the previous owner, and is free from any major imperfections. The original rear sight has been replaced by a Redfield buckhorn sight. This rifle was manufactured in was Chicopee Falls, Mass., meaning this rifle was manufactured between 1938 and 1960. This rifle would be great for plinking.
