Romanian AAM-47 Parts Kit Build in 7.62x39mm. Overall this rifle is in excellent condition. The bore is bright and mirrorlike with strong lands and grooves. The rifle retains about 95% of its original finish. There is noticeable wear and finish loss on the front of the gas tube. There are circular scratches in the finish caused by the safety and rear sight. The body of the rifle is built off of a Romanian parts kit with the pistol grip and lower handguard being of East German bakelite production and the stock and upper handguard being aftermarket. The rifle is import marked (see images). The rifle features a 16.5" barrel and comes with a 30 round Magpul PMag.
