Marlin Model 336A Lever Action in .30-30. Overall this rifle is in excellent condition. Mechanically it functions as it should. The bore is bright and mirror like, with strong lands and grooves. There are very minor handling marks on the receiver. The stock and forend are free from any major imperfections. The stock retains its original Marlin buttpad. This rifle features a cross-bolt safety, a 5 round magazine tube, and Marlin's micro groove rifling. It is equipped with an unbranded 3-9x40 rifle scope, and an Allen leather sling. According to the date cod on the barrel, this rifle was manufactured in 2011. The rear sight is adjustable for elevation; however, is missing its elevator. The front sight is a hooded bead sight, and is not adjustable. This would be great to add to any collection.
